Which are the short term courses after Diploma in electrical engineering? Which are the institutes for the same?

There are many courses. You can go for PLC SCADA, Mechatronics and embedded systems. You can also go for computer languages if you want for additional knowledge.

It's really nice to see your enthusiasm for learning. Yes, you should do some courses. But ask yourself, what is your passion? It's best if passion and learning are on same page.
