For creative writing course you can opt Xavier Institute of communication that offers certificate course in creative writing. Secondly, you can opt Symbiosis Centre for distance learning that too gives the chance to learn creative writing. If you can look out of Mumbai than it would be Indra Gandhi national open University, Delhi or British council of India that offers course - Introduction to creative writing. -
