There is finance, marketing in first semester. There will be 6 general subjects in first semester. They are as follows: 1. Corporate accounting 2. Managerial Economics 3. Managing Organizations 4. Data analysis and Decision making 5. Business law 6. Principles of management and communications

First two semister will be common so you don't have finance ,marketing or hr sections separately here .The specialization entry will start from 3rd sem .In first sem you have MO,BL,CA,PMC,DADM&ME followed by labs 2
