Hello there

There is some sort of security charges associated with NEET UG counselling.The charges depends upon it is a central college or state college.

There's no state which gives comparatively low and high security charges for the NEET UG counselling.

It totally depends on the Reserved and Unreserved Categories of the Student i.e. 

INR 1000 for General Category 

INR 500 for SC/ST/PWD candidates
