Which are the technical universities in Germany I can get admission?

I have 7.8 CGPA in EEE. I also had my German as foreign language course for 2 sems. TOEFL score 99. 10th 84% and 12th 79.4%. 2 Industrial trainings of 2 weeks each in a Thermal Power plant.
