    Hello Raj, IITs are the top ones to pursue engineering in any branch be it mechanical or any other. And all the IITs provides mechanical engineering in their course study. So try for IITs. Apart from IITs other reputed colleges are NITs, BITS Pilani, Delhi Technological University, UPES Dehradun, K.J. Somaiya College of engineering, and some state level colleges like HBTI are also good. You can check admission and eligibility on respective websites.
