Without any doubt, Jadavpur University. This is a state funded university and the best government. Engineering college in Kolkata. The placements are not at par even in the IITs for civil branch. So if you are looking for placements, don't opt for this branch until and unless it's passion. But again, no branch is bad. You need to capitalize on the opportunities which Jadavpur University, or any top Institution will provide you.
