Hi Giini,
It would be difficult to find Bachelors degree in Design; you mostly would find Diploma or PG Diploma programmes in Fashion Designing through various Private Institutes. However few of the Institutes where you can find Bachelors level programme is NIFT, Pearl Academy, INIFD, IIFT, JD Inst
