Which are the top 5 universities for Master's degree in CS in Canada? Should I appear for GRE exam?

I completed my Bachelor's in IT in 2012 with 7.7 CGPA. I scored 91% marks in class 10th and 94% marks in class 12th. I have 4.5 years of work experience in data warehousing and am planning to apply for MS in CS (fall 2018 intake).

No, GRE scores are not mandatory to submit for a master's in Data Science and Computer Science. This demonstrates that the scores will not negatively impact the applicant's application if not submitted. However, students with good scores prefer to upload their scores to improve their applications, especially when their academic GPA is lower than expected. In addition, students must focus on academic performance, relevant coursework, statement of purpose, letter of recommendations, and relevant work experience to improve their selection chances.

The Keck Graduate Institute provides a test option for GRE scores for graduate students. This means it is not necessary to submit the scores. However, some graduate programs require for GRE score as a basic eligibility factor. Students can take the GRE multiple times and update their best scores to their application records. The applicant also uses their standardized test score to compensate for their academic GPA. In addition, students must make sure that they focus on other mandatory things, such as extracurricular activities, relevant experience, and more, along with aiming for high scores.
