I am from Chandigarh myself. But I must say TIME institute is the best for CAT preperation. or even Bullseye. CAT is mainly about self study and dedication. But they will provide you the proper material to self study. Go for these two only.

Chandigarh-Mohali has decent CAT prep options now. Broadly three types:

National chains: TIME, Career Launcher, IMS all have Chandigarh centres (Sector 34-35 belt); TIME also has one in Mohali. Standardized material, bigger batches.
