Hi Vidura, Apart from DU, the best colleges to pursue English Honors are:
XAVIER'S, KOLKATA
CALCUTTA UNIVERSITY, KOLKATA
JADAVPUR UNIVERSITY, KOLKATA
CHRIST, BANGALORE
XAVIER'S, MUMBAI. JNU, DELHI (FOR Masters)

Thank you. But, St. Xaviers College, Mumbai doesn't offers BA English Hons. It offers BA only.
