Which are the top colleges for ETO (electrical technical officer) in terms of placement?

The institutes which assures 100% placements, they are good, but they charge more. Great Eastern-Mumbai, Anaglo Eastern-Mumbai. As of my knowledge above two institutes having 100% placements and they have own ships. I have friends in Great Eastern they said if a cadet not selected for any placements then great Eastern will recurit to their ships. But great Eastern fee :465000. Rules are very stringent and foolish too. Don't ask me about rules because once I heard while my friend is telling I got too funny and irritating too.
