    Brother, placement depends on your potential. College will invite hotels and you will be responsible for your interview.
    What happens is, in a same college students get selected as a management trainee and some students get into hotel operations trainee. There is a huge difference between both of them. Career progression is high in MT program's as if you are doing well in an MT, then you certainly have a chance to land directly as an assistant manager after the probation period. But if you are going through HOT (operations trainee) then you have to go step by step.
