It's actually very easy for you to find out the best institute. I would recommend you to personally visit renowned animations and VFX training institutes. talk to the career advisors. see what they are offering. but most important is to talk to the students. they are the best source for you to find

It is really tough to directly comment any institute best or not or answer which is the best institute in a city or country , especially for domains like animation and VFX or gaming where many institutes offer many types of courses for different duration for the almost all the same pipeline .
