Which are the top colleges in Pune to pursue MBA? Can I pursue MBA while working? Will there be any issue of attendance?

If you want to add value, then you should pursue regular MBA.

If you want to do MBA from top B-Schools in Pune while working without attending classes then your plan is not good for your career and learning. Major learning in MBA is by interaction with faculty and fellow students. You may rethink your plan.

Some of the financial conditions force me to take such actions.
Please guide me whether it would be helpful by not attending the classes and just appearing in the exams with self-study?
