    Hi Yash,
Please remember India is the best study destination to pursue MBBS, however you may surely pursue MBBS from countries like:
    - Russia.
    - China.
    - Ukraine etc.
However please remember once you complete your MBBS from these countries you need to clear the MCI (Medical council of India) screening test, to be eligible to practice medicine in India, unless and until you clear this test you will not be allowed to practice medicine in India.
For your reference find below some of the finest universities in Russia to pursue MBBS.
    - Astrakhan State University.
    - Kazan State Medical university
    - Nizny Novogord State Medical Academy.
    - St. Petersbur

Some of the Russian medical universities charge approx Rs 12,00,000 while the figure can go up to Rs 28,00,000. The fees can be paid in yearly installments. The Russian universities allow the students to go to their homeland atmost 6 times in six years.
