Hi Shahnawaz, You may refer to Times Higher Education or QS Ranking for the top universities. You must select a college according to your profile and university requirements. Hence refer to the ranking charts firstly. Job opportunities are plenty but difficult for international students. You must excel in your academics, have good communication skills, previous work experience and so on. If you have the skills you will get a job. Hope this helps.
