    Hi Ashish, Apart from DU colleges, IIT Kanpur ranks good for B.Sc computer Science. You must give it a try for admission. Also, you can go for LPU.

    I'll prefer, you to go a University for a good education, so I'm suggesting few universities. There are a huge number of universities for B.Sc. Computer Science in North India. Few good Universities are
    Government:
    Delhi University (yes not preferred by you)
    Punjab University
    Shimla University (HPU)
    Private:
    Amity University
    Chandigarh University
    Lovely Professional University
    Or, you can search for few on https://shiksha.com by entering you preferred location and checking there ranking and reviews

    LPU, IIT KANPUR, JMI, AMU, etc. are the best universities in North India.
