Which are the top colleges / universities for B.Tech through distance education?

Have you ever watched a guy being an engineer at home? In India, it is not possible to pursue B.Tech through correspondence. You need to go to the college regularly, suffer lectures, face exams and be an engineer.

Dear, It is not possible anywhere in the world to do B.Tech through correspondence. Either do some other alternative course from an open university. No one can do anything in this case except you.

Pursue regular B.Tech from a local but recognised college. Tell them you won't be able to attend classes and you will only give exams. That is the only method that works for getting a B.Tech degree. Distance education isn't a good idea for engineering. But if you want to do it then Indira Gandhi National Open University is the best option.
