The placement of IIM Jammu in 2023 has been completed with 100% placements. Placements were attended by a total of 126 recruiters such as Aditya Birla Group, Adani Group, Cognizant, ICICI Bank, Deloitte, Infosys, HDFC Bank, KGMP, Microsoft, Amazon, Reliance, McKinsey and Company, etc. To the 233 students who participated, 246 offers were received. Around 24 students were offered multiple offers. The average package increased by 19 %, which reached INR 16.6 LPA, while the highest package made was INR 64 LPA.
