    The top engineering colleges in India:-
    Although to get into these colleges, one would need to crack their entrance exams. So if you are an average student with average grades, you can go for CRVU Bilaspur (https://www.cvru.ac.in/), as it is really good for engineering.
    1. IIT, Chennai.
    2. IIT, Mumbai.
    3. IIT, Kharagpur.
    4. IIT, Delhi.
    5. IIT, Kanpur.

    But to get into these colleges you need to have good marks and crack their entrance exam. SO, if you are an average student with average marks you can go for CVRU, Bilaspur (http://cvru.ac.in/). It is a really good college for engineering.
