Which are the top entrance examinations for pursuing CS for PCM students?

The Company Secretary is considered as one of the most prestigious and lucrative course. As a Company Secretary, the main job is to operate as an intermediary between the organization and its Board of Directors. They also act as a third party between company and shareholders, government and regulatory authorities. The candidates who wish to become Company Secretary should clear three levels of CS course and the concerning exams. The course includes three stages of study- Foundation program, Executive program, and Professional program. The candidate will also have to pursue a practical training after qualifying the second stage. The candidate who wishes to join Company Secretary Course after graduation can enter directly to the executive program and join the professional program and a practical training. The admission process for company secretary course is open to all eligible candidates and exams are carried out in order to select candidates. The exam will he held during June and December each year for all three levels. The candidates who have pursued a pass in 12th can apply for this course. The graduates can directly apply for the executive program.
