Which are the top German Universities to pursue B.Tech? What is the fee structure for B.Tech in the same?

Hi Devansh,
Firstly, you cannot apply to a German university after 12th. You must have 13 years education. Applicants from India can either:
1. Enroll into a Bachelor's degree and complete the first year.
or
2. Clear IIT JEE Advanced.
