Karnataka has got the most number of medical colleges in India. Well, I can tell you some of the best in the state:
ST Johns Medical College, Bengaluru (one among top 5 in India)
Kasturba Medical College, Manipal (one among top 5-6 in India)
Bangalore Medical College And Research Institute, Bengalur
