Gujarat has some of the very good government as well as private engineering colleges. Choosing a government engineering college over a private engineering college may depend upon various factors. Why exactly do you want to choose one college over other? Placement might be your answer. I will rank some government as well as private engineering college on the basis of placement, faculty members, and infrastructure. Indian Institute of Technology, Gandhinagar is a good option.
