1. TISS.
2. XLRI and
3. IIMs.
MBA in HR have good career prospects in many organizations. They play important role in planning, directing and coordinating admin functions. They look after recruitments, hiring and interviews of new staff.
With a good speaking, decision making and leadership skills one can get into professions like admin service, compensation and benefits managers, human resource specialists, labor relations, training and development managers.
