    there are many colleges which comes in top list: FMS, IIM, JIMS Rohini sector 5, XLRI, SPJIM etc. You also can google the names for further details.

    For BBA there is no government college. You have to go to for a private college. You can check the list in the Shiksha.com website for more information regarding the college. I can suggest you some colleges. The fee ranges from 1 to 3 Lacs:

    In management sector, there are two main types of category you can choose, one is for Bachelor and another is for master degree. It depends upon you which stream you are going to join, because as per me some colleges are good for Bachelor's degree and some are good for master degree.
