If you are seeking information for a dual program, then i must inform you that such a program does not exist in US. Incase you are asking for a university which offers both the programs, i would require you to let me know your academic credentials including class 12th marks, SAT score and TOEFL scor

The dual degree happens in the same level - like spending another year for a second masters. If it is vertically two degrees, it is called integarted. These are available both in Idnia and USA
