Which are the top most hotels/companies to get placed in after completion of HM in India?

    There are many companies that you can get placed in after completing hotel management. These are:
    Taj Group Of Hotels - Taj hires fresh graduates from hotel management colleges for their Hotelier Development Program and Hotel Operational Trainee Program. Both the programs are of 18 months and after completion of the programs, the candidate becomes Assistant Manager and supervisor respectively.
    The salary of Assistant Manager in Taj is around 50K per month and for supervisor, it is 25-30k per month.

    After completion of your hotel management, you can start with any 5 star hotel. And, then you can make a way for top brands hotels like:
    Marriott.
    Oberoi hotels
    Hilton
    ITC
    Accor Group of Hotels
    Leela
    Radisson
    Some of them will also give you exposure to grow internationally also. Brands like Marriott, Hilton, Accor, and Radisson. They have programs, where you can take inter transfer national or internationally. Totally depend on your caliber and potential. So, if you get lucky to start career with these hotels, it is best for you. Don't be in hurry. Learn from them. Grow with them. And you will meet success and your goals soon.
