Which are the top NIFTs and NIDs in India?

Top 5 NIFT colleges: 1-NIFT - Delhi NIFT Campus, Hauz Khas, Near Gulmohar Park, New D 2-NIFT - Mumbai NIFT Campus, Plot no 15 sector 4, Kharghar, Navi Mumbai- 410210 (Maharashtra) 3-NIFT - BangaloreNIFT Campus, CA. Site #21, Sector-1, 27th Main, HSR Layout, Bangalore - 560102, Karnataka 4-NIFT - Gandhinagar - 0 Circle, Gandhinagar - 382 007, Gujarat 5-NIFT-ChennaiNIFT Campus, (near Tidel Park and Software Technology Park of India)Rajiv Gandhi Salai, Taramani, Chennai - 600113, Tamil Nadu NID: NID doesn't have mushroom-like branches and centers. There are only 3 centers - Ahmedabad, Gandhinagar, and Bengaluru. The latest one is at Vijayawada. Unlike NIFT, NID doesn't offer the same design discipline/subject at their different branches, so there are no overlaps. All the centers have specific design disciplines. For e. g Textile Design Programme is conducted only at the Heritage Campus, at Paldi, Ahmedabad and the other two centers don't have Textile Design in their curriculum. Similarly, Photography Design discipline exists only at the Gandhinagar campus and not at the others. So the question you have asked doesn't hold any ground in this case. You get to opt for the Design Programme but not the Campus/Centre.
