IIMs (Ahmedabad, Bangalore, Lucknow, Indore, Calcutta, Kozhikode, XLRI and TISS are the top colleges for HR in India.

If you would like to pursue MBA online, National Institute of Business Management (NIBM) can be a good option. NIBM offers 1-year MBA, 2-year MBA and 1-year executive MBA in online mode.
