Well, IIT's and NIT's don't have lateral entry scheme. You can try in other colleges like:
Punjab University - Chandigarh
* IP University - Delhi
* Delhi Engineering College - Delhi
* Punjab University - Patiala
* KIITS University
* Thapar Institute of Engineering and Technology - Patiala
* Governme
