    Hi,
    By top, I'd assume that you want these institutes to be comparable to the top Govt. institutes like FMS and IIMs.
    Well, if that's the case then the following private institutes are the best management colleges in India:
    XLRI-Jamshedpur, Indian School of Business-Hyderabad and Mohali, SP Jain-Mumbai, MDI-Gurgaon, Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies-Mumbai, Great Lakes Institute of Management-Chennai, Symbiosis (both SIBM and SCMHRD).
