The top ranked government colleges are :-
1. NIT, Rourkela
2. CET, Bhubaneswar
3. VSSUT, Burla
4. IGIT, Sarang
The top ranked private colleges are:-
1. KIIT, Bhubaneswar
2. Inter, Bhubaneswar.

In Bhubaneswar so many good colleges are available but in my view KIIT Univ. and CV Raman college of Engineering will be good options.
