Which are the top universities for Masters in computer science or information security not requiring GRE?
I have done my BE in CSE with 73% and have 7 bands in IELTS.

But then CS as usual is the ever green branch. You have good marks and I am sure you would get admission in a good Institute. However, I would advise you to approach a specialist agency dealing with sending students abroad since they are aware of the various nuances in this area.
