They don't offer B.Tech in Canada. The equivalent degree is BS. The top universities in Canada which offer BS are University of Toronto, University of British Columbia, McGill University, Queens University, etc. Admission is these universities is quite selective and you need to perform well at school as well as in tests like SAT or ACT. You will also need to take English proficiency test: TOEFL or IELTS. -
