Which are the top universities in Canada for pursuing B.Tech?

They don't offer B.Tech in Canada. The equivalent degree is BS. The top universities in Canada which offer BS are University of Toronto, University of British Columbia, McGill University, Queens University, etc. Admission is these universities is quite selective and you need to perform well at school as well as in tests like SAT or ACT. You will also need to take English proficiency test: TOEFL or IELTS.

Hello Dhrujay, Canada's top ranked universities include: 1. University of British Columbia. 2. University of Toronto. 3. McGill University. 4. University of Waterloo. 5. Queen's University. 6. University of Alberta. You can check the websites for specific entry requirements. They are very selective and at least 75% is required by most of them.
