Which are the top universities to pursue B.Tech in computer science if I only score 50% in PCM?

Don't go for B.Tech computer science, if you have scored 50% in PCM. There is no value of doing B.Tech with CS from any college unless from any good college for which you must score at least 80% and for studying computer science, though should be perfect in Physics and Mathematics.
