    Hello Lavanya,
While Germany becomes a little tough nut to crack and DAAD is the official site to look at. Canada seemingly is easier to get in. Universities like:
    1. University of Toronto.
    2. University of Alberta.
    3. University of Ottawa and
    4. University of Saskatchewan, etc. would have the course and would require a 4 years of Bachelor to apply with a TOEFL score and GRE (recommended).
You would have to apply a year in advance with statement of purpose and letter of reference submitted with the online applications.

    Hi Lavanya,
There is no official ranking system in Germany and every university is a tough nut to crack. International Max Planck Institute, University of Bonn, University of Gottingen and UniversitatsMedizin Berlin are some of the few. You can also refer to the DAAD website for more information and resources.
    Best regards.
