    Hello ,
For PHD in management , we need to be very keen & dedicated as lot of students now a days looking for PHD & research as a career option but very few are selected as admission process is not easy. 1st point is to go for a good university & for that we need to give entrance test , GD , interview & present our research proposal. I personally suggest to first go for UGC NET as this is the gateway to PHD. Also some premier Universities like GGSIPU , IIT Delhi conduct their own entrance test. Best of luck. don't go for easy ways , work hard & choose wisely. Best of luck!
