Hi Kapil,
If you wish to consider Germany as an option for further studies you should ideally have very good grades. Additionally, though there are programs taught in English and German language is not a prerequisite for these courses, it is strongly recommended that you gain some proficiency in German language here in India prior to moving on to Germany.
