Under distance education mode Ph.D. is not permissible in india and as per your information you are permitted in Commerce stream and banking is your topic. contact Mumbai university for Ph.D.

1. Department of Financial Studies, University of Delhi - Doctor of Philosophy - Finance & Control
2. Shivaji University - Doctor of Philosophy in Banking
