Which are the Universities providing Bachelor in Psychology through Distance/ online? And will i be eligible for the masters afterwards?

Hi, I want to pursue BA/B Sc in Psychology through Distance/Online course this year 2011. Could you suggest a suitable University in India/ Abroad for it? Also, after doing an Online/Distance course, will i be able to do the same in Masters?
