You can do 1-year Post-Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management (PGDHRM) from IGNOU. The fee is Rs 5,000 and the eligibility is:
Graduation in any discipline with 50 per cent marks of General Category and 45 per cent marks for reserved category.
