Aah, English literature! It's one of the richest languages in the world. It has an unlimited resource of poetry, prose, drama, etc. It's a language that does not hesitate to co-opt words from other languages and hence, in turn, become richer & richer.
Having done graduation in English literature is a great advantage. It opens up different vistas of careers. One can think of teaching, one can appear for civil services, translation is also a big-time opportunity. If one is not interested in teaching then doing MBA is also an option.
