Depends on your definition of 'best job' but all I can say is that after pursuing Masters in social work from prestigious universities such as TISS, unless you have wasted your time at the campus, you can easily get a good job in various sectors such as NGOs, CSR and Government departments or allied initiatives. Usually people forget that research is a fundamental part of becoming a Social worker professionally.
