There is no discrimination in sexes for almost all the avaition jobs. Both males and females get equal opportunity.
Except for some specific profiles like loaders where specially male candiadtes are required.
It actually depends on you as to what profile you want to pursue. Graduation is the minimum eligibility criteria for almost all the profiles.
