In my opinion, both the courses are good, it will all depend on your interest lab technology is all about lab work like chemical analysis of body fluid, urine analysis, blood sample matching, etc. Whereas medical microbiology
covers the molecular and medical aspects of virology, bacteriology, immunology, and mycology to infection.
