Which B-schools have 100% placements?

Hi, That doesn't mean that every person will get a high profile multi-million dollar job. It just means that the students who sit at the interviews in the placement season get the job. It also doesn't mean that they get their dream job. But it is sure that they get a job. The average package size is also good. You can no doubt land up here if you work hard.

If you are looking for 100% placements in B-School then you have to get good percentile and then you can only choose a top B-School.The B-school who is having 100% or good campus placements is SP Jain Global College. This year, a student of MBA Marketing had got the offer of 48 LPA from an MNC. Actually, if you are looking for 100% placements in a B-School then you will rarely get any. Actually, it depends on the individual so top B-School will not give you 100% placements as they can provide up to 95% placements in the reputed companies. And I would say that as you are looking for a good B-School, you should join SP Jain Global College, Mumbai. There you can get a good job in reputed MNC and SP Jain is known for its good placements as they provide good education linkage with various companies. They also have various campuses outside of India. And if you are looking for other college options then Symbiosis-Pune will also be a good option for good placements. But I would advise you that don't try to run after placements rather try to develop yourself and try to be updated with various new skills then only you can be placed in a top MNC. As SP Jain is consistent in providing 100% placements for years, so you can go to this college.

There are many top B-schools and tier 2-3 level colleges which are consistent in providing 100% placements to the student from the decades or so. They are maintaining their reputation of being the top in the industry. Top B-schools:- IIMs MDI FMS IIFT SPJIMR IBS JBIMS NMIMS KJ Somaiya Loyola TAPMI Goa Institute of Management BITS IIT's XLRI, XIMB, XIME These are the top premier institutes which are consistent in providing 100% placements with good packages. Now comes the tier 2-3 colleges:- Amity MA Ramaiah Christ Alliance Manipal University Chitkara University UPES These are also consistently providing good placements to the students with good packages.

None of the B-Schools in India can guarantee you 100% placement opportunity as getting a job totally depends upon an individual performance, skills and hard work. No B-School can give you a 100% placement guarantee as it depends on the talent of the Individual. The colleges / B schools would offer campus placements to an extent which is to be completely utilized by the candidates. But if they are unable to satisfy it, they don't get placed. So, the placements depend on various factors. On the other hand, the top b schools like IIMs, XLRI etc offer better campus placement opportunities due to their reputation but there too, there is no guarantee that all would get placed. But, it is better to prefer those Institutes as you can gain more knowledge, reputation as well as comparatively higher chances of getting a job when compared to those from the other colleges.
