Which B.Tech branch is better among medical, electronics and ECE in terms of scope?

BTech Medical Electronics is a very niche branch of Engineering. Currently Medical Electronics grads have limited job opportunities in only Medical Electronics firms and R&D org whereas BTech ECE grads have opportunities in different kind of industries including Medical Electronics companies. If yo

Thank you for your advice sir. But I have heard someone telling that job opportunities for E&C in the coming years will reduce. In that case I thought medical electronics is a better choice. What to do?
