Hello Rahul,
1) There are many good career options you can have. You can choose from the following :
You can be placed in any software or core company in your final year. This is not the top preference of many students nowadays. While staying in the job they always prepare for other exams like GATE

All the engineering branches are good on their own perspective, and this will depend upon your interest. By the way, telecommunication is better in this era, as it has a better scope.

Food technology is totally different from electronics and telecommunication, if you are good in mathematics and you want to be an Engineer then go for electronics or telecommunication, because of good placement and scope. But, if you are not good in mathematics, then only go for food technology.

Firstly, it depend on your interest.
I also have completed my B.Tech from ECE.
There is more opportunity in ECE.

I suppose, you should go for electronics and telecommunication because it is a core branch and core branch has more value than non-core branches.
